"Cravin' For Kebabs?" - Kebabers

Kebabers

Hubby and I got to try Kebabers last September of this year, I guess. I wasn't able to do a proper documentation for blogging purposes on our first time since we are both staving that day. I just got out from work and went straight to SM Sky dome to support my husband on their company event. Okay! To cut the very long story, our second time to eat at Kebabers was on their SM Fairview branch.

We ordered 3 pieces Beef Kebab with Cheese Meal, Double Up Peppered Beef Shawarma Bowl and Beef Pichos. As for our drinks, we both ordered for a large root beer.

Beef Kebab with Cheese Kebabers
Beef Kebab with Cheese Meal
Beef Kebab with Cheese Meal (Php 170.00 for 3 pieces of beef) consist of rice (buttered, I'm guessing), kebab with a cheese inside and tomato. You can also choose from fish or chicken if you are not a big fan of beef.

Double Up Peppered Beef Shawarma Bowl Kebabers
Double Up Peppered Beef Shawarma Bowl
Double Up Peppered Beef Shawarma Bowl (Php 155.00) is packed with rice (buttered, I'm guessing), topped with Beef, Onions and Tomatoes. You can also avail their regular shawarma bowl which is Php 99.00 with the same content the only difference is the serving.

Beef Pichos Kebabers
Beef Pichos
Beef Pichos (Php 95.00) is an appetizer which consist of generous servings of Fried Pita Bread topped with Cucumber, Tomatoes, Ground Beef and a sizable amount of cheese and garlic sauce. It is actually Kebabers version of Nachos which I really liked because one serving is actually good for about 2 to 3 persons already.

Kebabers

I really do recommend Kebabers most especially to those who are craving for Persian cuisine but on a budget. I can totally say that their price range is much affordable than the other Persian food place that I know considering that the serving of their food is really generous. Hubby and I didn't ordered for an extra rice since their original serving is already big enough to fill our stomach. Oh and yes, they do not have unlimited rice but I do assure you that one serving of rice will already make you full. Their garlic and chili garlic sauces are unlimited though.

On the downside, I would love to suggest for a much spacious area since both their store in SM North Edsa and SM Fairview only have a little space but other than that there is nothing more that I could ask for.

If you wish to visit and try Kebabers for yourself below are the list of their store branches although I don't have the exact location, sorry for that.

  • SM Fairview
  • SM North Edsa
  • Eastwood Citywalk
  • Katipunan Avenue QC
  • Kapitolyo, D’Ace Plaza
  • The Fort Global City

  1. I haven't seen Kebabers yet and not even familiar with this. I think this is where I first saw this resto. Mukhang malalaki yung servings nila, okay na okay. Pero di ko alam kung magugustuhan ko to. Feeling ko may pagkashawarma eh. Well, di pa naman ako nakakakain ng shawarma so I can't compare. Haha. Maybe, if my friends and I get to see this, we'll try.

    1. Yup! Mukha lang siya maliit pero I guarantee na super bigat sa tyan. Medyo shawarma nga siya pero instead na naka-wrap sa pita bread meron siya rice.

  7. I have enough of kebabs here in Saudi Arabia.. sometimes it's too much for me.
But there is one Turkish kebab restaurant here that I would love to try.
Kebabers is very catchy name for Pinoys.

  10. I have been to their branch in SM Manila and I happen to have the same comment about the space. Maybe because they assume that customers would leave quickly anyway so they have limited area.

  12. I've been seeing Kebabers in SM North but haven't gotten around to try it. The small space turns me off eh, tapos lagi pang puno! I'll make sure to try it before the year ends though, hopefully. :)
