My Own Little Miss Chef

Little Miss Chef
Despite the heavy rain last Monday night, Sophia's school Nutrition Month Parade Celebration still pushed through last Tuesday morning and thank God it didn't rain during the parade. To be honest, Sophia and I wasn't able to join the others on the parade itself because you know how kids her age suddenly feels like bursting out their tantrums and even if I already talked to her and gave her a time out, she still won't cooperate with me thus made me decide to just go home and not attend the anymore. Good thing our house is just minutes away from the daycare center.

Anyway, here are some photos of her with her classmates before she had her tantrums attack.
Sophia as the Chef and Zoe as the Tomato err I mean Apple, LOL!

I know a Chef is not part of the Go, Glow and Grow food group but we opted for something different and worked with what is available that time since we don't want to spend for a costume that will only be used once. The chef uniform is actually my sister's school uniform and just made some adjustment especially with the sleeves so that it will fit Sophia.

I still don't have the right reason why we chose that costume aside from the ones that I already said but her costume still fits the role and I still find her cute. Oh well! I do hope that next year, we will be able to join the others on the parade itself and I also do hope that we will come up with a better costume idea, LOL!
