Thor 2: The Dark World In 3D
November 05, 2013What's up everyone? Last 30 October 2013, hubby and I went to Resorts World Manila particularly at Cinema 3 to watch the exclusive movie screening of Thor 2: The Dark World In 3D which was made possible by Nuffnang Philippines and Globe. Anyway, we weren't expecting that the movie will be shown in 3D although I already sensed that the movie will be in 3D because of what was written on our tickets.
As you can see, our designated seats were O 10 and O 11 which is actually the second row from the front seat. We came in just in time thus the so-called good seats are already taken nevertheless the movie is in 3D so I guess there is not much difference.
So before I bombard you with photos from the event, I would like to give you some movie overview especially to those people who haven't seen the movie just yet. I promise there will be no spoiler or maybe just a little, hahaha.
The movie is actually a mixture of action (of course) and comedy. Yes! I did laugh out loud most specifically the scene where Thor and Loki are talking after the latter's freedom, hahaha! There are actually a lot of funny scenes to watch out so I suggest to also bring your sense of humor. Anyway, I am also suggesting that you stay on your seats after the credits because there are bonus clips that you shouldn't miss. I guess I should stop from there so I won't totally spoil the movie for you. Sharing to you a trailer that I found on YouTube to excite you even more, hahaha.
Now time for the heavy photo sharing.
Gourmet popcorn, anyone? |
Freebies from Globe |
Of course for the final photo, I just felt like doing some OOTD because it gives me an excuse to stand on the tarpaulin where it screams "I am here at Resorts World Manila," hahaha!
Overall, the trip from Quezon City to Resorts World Manila is very worth it because the movie is so great plus I got to have a movie date with hubby. Also, after the movie I instantly shipped #TeamLoki.
QUESTIONS:
- Have you watched Thor 2: The Dark World already? If yes, what can you say about it?
- Are you a #TeamLoki or #TeamThor?

It is really weird when we hated Loki from The Avengers and now I've seen some FB status that Loki is funny. Graaaah! now i just really wanna watch!
ReplyDeleteI really don't know why we hated Loki in the first place, hahaha.
DeleteWatched it too in 3D yay! Loki is <3
ReplyDeleteI can watch it over and over again ha-ha
Nuffnang is always up for movie screening! Love it <3
Xoxo
I also want to watch the movie again.
DeleteThank you Bernadeth and will be checking your giveaway :)
ReplyDeleteI haven't watched the movie yet, hoping i can get time to watch and i can find time.
ReplyDeleteIt will all be worth it to watch the movie
DeleteLoki is not totally wicked. I think he's just driven by his ideals and emotions. Still, I'm team Thor ahahhaha
ReplyDeleteI totally agree on you. I am actually torn between Thor and Loki but since Loki is more good looking than Thor then I'm on Team Loki, hahahahaha!
DeleteHow the story turned for Loki was amazing and he ended up redeemed of his rebellion and hard-headed manners, if you may call it as such. But then again, I can't help but notice that Odin looks too old for the role, plus he didn't have much action scenes in the film.
ReplyDeleteI kind of noticed it too.
DeleteI watched this movie last Saturday. I agree with you, Loki is so funny! My jaw literally dropped when I saw Captain America (Chris Evans). Fun movie to watch
ReplyDeleteI also literally laugh out loud on that same scene where Captain America appeared on the scene, hahaha. Good thing I'm not the only one laughing out loud or people will be so annoyed at me.
DeleteI haven't watched the movie but I hope to watch it over the weekend.
ReplyDeleteGo watch it over the weekend as a treat to yourself.
DeleteNice post. Makes me want to go to the movie house to watch Thor :-)
ReplyDeleteGo and watch it na.
DeleteOMG! I haven't watched it :((( I'm convincing bf to watch this week...! </3
ReplyDeleteGive an all out convincing power para sa weekend makakanood na kayo.
DeleteOnce palang ako nakapagjoin sa Nuffnang movies event. Puro gabi kasi ang screening nila and puro weekdays. I can't come na ngayong nagwowork nako. Hehe.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, I'm not a fan of Thor movies naman so Im not that affected na di ko pa napapnood. Hehe but my friends say maganda daw yung movie. I'm sure you both had fun! :)
Honestly, first time ko 'to since kagaya nga ng sabi mo medyo gabi na yung schedule nila pero since wala naman akong work ngayon kaya sinubukan ko.
DeleteIt was actually a fun experience kahit na wala naman ako na-meet na mga bloggers kasi hindi ko naman sila ganun kakilala, haha.
nice! i wanted to watch this movie too, i think il go with my bros instead:) good thing you had fun there!
ReplyDeleteWe really did had a lot of fun.
DeleteI watch to see this film. Heard about this when my friend watched Thor 2.
ReplyDeleteSee the movie for yourself. It is worth the time and effort.
DeleteI think Loki was the more focal point of the movie for me. And apparently, my friends used to talk aboiut him more than the main protagonist. How about betraying his brother and the very toughest task for one - regaining his brother's trust (after Thor desperately seeks for that on him)? Maybe, in case he every showed up on the second Avengers film (that's a big IF though) again, he'll be on a different role.
ReplyDeleteThor actually didn't trust Loki at first but for what had happened to their mother. He doesn't have any other choice but to trust him. It is actually funny because most of Thor's friends are against his decision.
DeleteI haven't watch it yet. I am really hoping to find time so I can see this interesting film. Thanks for your post it just made me feel so excited
ReplyDeleteYou should go and watch it.
DeleteAww I still haven't seen thor!:(( But I super want to! Super cool that you got to see it at an exclusive screening :)
ReplyDeleteGo and watch it. I am telling you that the movie is super worth it. Yea and it was actually my first time.
DeleteI'm going to catch this definitely this weekend! :)
ReplyDeleteLet me know how you find the movie :)
DeleteGot the chance to watch this too! The ending really had me perplexed! :)
ReplyDeleteDitto. The ending really made me thinking.
